About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. This role involves scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews, conducting multiple site visits per night for quality assurance, managing inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, tracking employee hours and pay using company software, collaborating with branch managers to ensure daily task completion, and adhering to facility and company security and safety rules. Additional administrative duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

Past supervisory experience
MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Driver’s License and good driving record
Attendance/Punctuality

Safety and Security

Responsibilities

Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
Other tasks and administrative duties
