Katsam/Gettier is seeking a full-time Night Porter/Sweeper Truck Operator in Sterling, VA. This role is for individuals who are dedicated night owls and take pride in their work. As a Sweeper Truck Driver & Operator, you will play a vital role in keeping parking lots safe, clean, and inviting while enjoying the independence of working at night. Requirements

• Valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently at night with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in work.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Physically ready to operate a sweeper truck and leaf blower, staying active on the job.
• Willingness to work the hours from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Drive state-of-the-art sweeper trucks to keep parking lots clean and debris-free.
• Operate leaf blowers to clear sidewalks and pathways to enhance safety and aesthetics.
• Maintain clean, inviting spaces, leaving a visible, positive impact on every property serviced.
• Work independently, enjoying the autonomy and responsibility of night shifts.
• Take pride in a job well done, contributing to safer and cleaner spaces for clients and their communities.
