About The Position

Decker Truck Line, a family-owned company with over 95 years in business, is seeking a problem-solving and multitasking 2nd Shift Night Operations teammate to join their Operations Department. This role involves assisting with after-hours company operations by supporting Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety, and HR through telephone and computer communications with drivers. The position requires heavy computer work and data entry, with an opportunity for growth into a daytime Operations role for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Proficient computer and multi-phone skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all after hours operations of the company by backing up Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety and HR with telephone and computer communications with our Drivers
• Answering phones and responding as required
• Heavy computer work and data entry
• Other duties as assigned
