About The Position

The Night Operations Manager is a well-rounded individual responsible for knowing all opening and closing procedures and enforcing all proper operating procedures throughout the store to create a positive work environment for associates and a positive shopping experience for the customer. Primary hours of responsibility 3 to 4 nights per week, these hours may vary based on each individual stores hours of operation and the needs of the business.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
High School Education
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Possess basic computer skills
Very strong customer service skills, communication, management/leadership skills, strong decision making skills, conflict management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Working knowledge of Company SOPs, as well as the ability to make decisions and provide effective leadership

Nice To Haves

1-3 years retail experience preferred
Attendance at a Company MOD Class and the passing of MOD Certification test
Ability to work in multiple stores within the district/ region based on the needs of the business

Responsibilities

Maintains Remarkable Customer Service and customer relations, as well as maintaining acceptable service levels
Reacts to all customer concerns quickly and effectively while following policies and procedures to provide the best experience possible
Closely monitor stock levels and ad support to ensure maximizing sales potential.
Act quickly and accurately if any problems arise, (customer, associate and or building situations/issues)
Refrigeration checks completed per SOP and logged.
Knowledge and awareness of "Crisis Manual" in case of power outage or weather related issue
Maintains proper staffing levels to handle the needs of the business.
Ensures a clean and safe environment for associates and customers by enforcing proper safety, sanitation, and operations policies
Maintains a friendly, professional and well organized image in all departments including but not limited to the parking lot, vestibule, checkouts etc.
Performs special store level tasks/projects as assigned by the store manager
Coordinating of receiving warehouse deliveries per schedule.
