About The Position

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is looking for a Night Operations Manager who fully embodies our values, shares a passion for excellence, and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. As Night Manager, you will be accountable for shaping the client experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotel. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of luxury hotel experience in an operational supervisory role
  • Experience with Front Office PMS systems and hotel operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Manager on Duty during overnight shifts, overseeing all hotel operations in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen teams overnight.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor overnight operations, conduct regular property inspections, and ensure departmental activities align with hotel standards.
  • Lead and support overnight staff, ensuring effective communication and seamless handoff of issues, guest requests, and special requirements to the day team.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
  • Make critical decisions related to guest satisfaction, employee support, safety, and security when senior management is unavailable.
