About The Position
Hillsborough Group Home is seeking Full-Time Night Nurses (LPN/RN) to join their team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $25-$45/hour, depending on experience and licensure. The position is in an easygoing, community-based environment with moderate acuity and a patient ratio of 1:6. Support is provided by RTs and CNAs for charting and med pass, allowing nurses to focus on patient care. The role includes consistent 12-hour shifts and offers initiative and retention bonuses. The hiring process is quick for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening & Local Laws
- Dependable, compassionate, team player
