In accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of a supervisor, the Night Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients and the building during overnight hours. This role involves remaining awake and alert, conducting regular rounds, performing head counts, documenting client behavior, intervening when necessary, and maintaining client records. The Night Monitor also assists with morning routines, administrative tasks, and ensuring program safety compliance.
