About The Position
Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Night Manager-Part Time to support our Rooms department. Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
Nice To Haves
- Front office hotel management/supervisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain order in lobby and facilitate the safety of guests and staff
- Assist guests with all aspects of desk service, check-in and/or check-out.
- Perform all night audit procedures as set forth by the Accounting Department
- Answer telephones and accurately provide room rates, packages, and various hotel services offered
