About The Position

The Night Manager will oversee janitorial operations and employees across a high-volume facility, ensuring the team consistently delivers clean, safe, and well-maintained spaces. This position will manage up to 20 employees and support both routine janitorial services and event-related cleaning needs.

Requirements

Previous janitorial or facilities services experience required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
Must have flexibility with shift availability and be willing to adjust the schedule as needed to support operational and event requirements.
Must be able to perform basic janitorial duties when needed.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Experience managing a team of 10+ employees preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of up to 20 janitorial employees.
Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure assigned areas meet quality standards.
Coordinate staffing, assignments, breaks, and daily work schedules.
Support cleaning and setup needs associated with events.
Conduct inspections and address quality or performance issues.
Train, coach, and provide direction to team members.
Monitor attendance and communicate staffing concerns to leadership.
Maintain adequate supplies and equipment for daily operations.
Partner with site leadership to address operational needs.
Respond to event-related cleaning requirements, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event services.
Perform basic janitorial duties as needed to support the team and operation.
Other duties as assigned.
