About The Position

We are currently seeking a part-time Night Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in overnight operations, enjoys leading independently, and can confidently manage fast-paced situations. As the Manager on Duty during evening and overnight hours, you will oversee guest service, hotel security, and overnight operations while helping create a safe, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Reliable transportation required due to overnight hours.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Proven cash-handling and administrative accuracy skills.

Nice To Haves

Preferred: Previous overnight leadership, manager on duty, or supervisory experience in any industry.
Beneficial: Previous hotel front office, night audit, or hospitality experience.
Beneficial: Experience with Opera or similar hotel systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and hold the overnight crew accountable to operational, service, and safety standards.
Act as the Manager on Duty during evening and overnight hours.
Provide escalated guest service recovery and incident resolution.
Oversee hotel security, proactive risk reduction, and property checks.
Support parking lot management and overall overnight operations.
Coordinate communication and support across hotel departments.
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and overnight operational needs.
Perform nightly audits and ensure financial accuracy.
Respond to emergencies and collaborate with emergency services as needed.
