About The Position
As a Night Maintenance team member, you will work third shift where you will lay the groundwork for another great day at Cracker Barrel. From the kitchen to the front porch, you focus on the details – clean floors, spotless equipment, and a store that is as fresh as the first day it opened. This role is for someone who believes a clean, well-kept space is a foundation of great hospitality, takes pride in working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, follows safety and cleanliness standards, and enjoys quiet, focused work and thrives on an overnight shift. No restaurant experience is required as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Ability to work third shift (overnight).
- Belief that a clean, well-kept space is a foundation of great hospitality.
