About The Position

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a dependable and hardworking Night Loader to join our warehouse team. The Night Loader is responsible for accurately loading customer orders onto delivery trucks, ensuring products are properly organized, secured, and prepared for timely distribution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries to customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, loading, distribution, or produce industry experience preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Basic math and communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environments.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Load produce and other food products onto delivery trucks according to route manifests and loading schedules.
Verify order accuracy and ensure products are loaded in the correct sequence for delivery routes.
Inspect products for quality, damage, and proper packaging before loading.
Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and warehouse environment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Secure loads to prevent product damage during transportation.
Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
Assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed.
Perform inventory checks and stock rotation following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards established by the company.
Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
