About The Position
Full Steam Staffing is NOW Hiring a Night Loader in Chino, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, flexible, and willing to work extended hours when required.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred but not required)
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting consistently
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
- Must be flexible with schedule and available for overtime
- Steel toe shoes/boots required
Nice To Haves
- Certification preferred but not required for forklift operation
Responsibilities
- Prepare trucks for loading product
- Unload flex material boxes and doors from trucks to designated loading areas
- Inspect product loads for accuracy according to paperwork
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials using equipment such as forklifts
- Follow signals from the loading crew and ensure trucks and equipment are properly positioned
- Operate forklifts, winches, and secure loads using straps and bars
- Open trailer curtains and assist with load securing procedures
- Perform routine forklift maintenance (cleaning, fueling/recharging, inspections)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment (sweeping, spill cleanup, etc.)
- Assist other departments when needed and directed by management
