About The Position

The primary functions of the Supervisor I, in his/her operational facility, are to ensure that all requirements of the Performance Work Statement / Statement of Work (PWS/SOW) are met or exceeded, and all services are performed within quality standards and cost objectives and in support of the mission of WSC. Requirements

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy).
• Drug Screen.
• WSC background check.
• Appropriate background check for contract i.e., NACI, TxDOT, DPS.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Business Management.
• Basic knowledge of various equipment used in accordance with the contracts PWS / SOW.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all requirements of the PWS/SOW are met.
• Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring all employees are trained as required.
• Verifies facility is prepared for service as required.
• May schedule and train staff are knowledgeable of the requirements and application of the PWS, SOW, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and personnel policies as required.
• Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel; taking corrective educational actions as required.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining facility supplies and storage areas.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided.
• Ensures all reports and correspondence relating to the operation are accurately prepared and submitted timely.
