Requirements

Minimum 2 years of management responsibility
Organization skills and time management skills

Nice To Haves

Hood Cleaning experience preferred but not required
Previous experience working nights a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the overnight department making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook, as well as enforcing policies and procedures, coaching, training, and correcting where needed.
Direct and oversee all operations during the night shift to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
Assist in Conducting Briefings for all staff during Night Shift.
Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
Manage the night shift route, ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Assist overnight crew with exhaust cleaning (power washing, scraping, wiping down equipment, vacuuming, climbing ladders, hinging fans, covering kitchen equipment in plastic, etc. as needed.
Actively participate in decision-making processes when issues arise to ensure seamless service.
Show initiative, problem-solving ability, staff training, and team-leading skills.
Be aware and able to enforce all safety policies and procedures.
