About The Position

The Night Dispatcher position is in place to provide premium customer service and efficiently resolve the customer’s needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Able to communicate with customers in a friendly and effective manner
• Organized, punctual, flexible and team player
• Must have proficient computer skills that include good typing abilities and basic understanding of Windows Operating System
• Understanding of basic math as its related to the job
• Flexible to adjust when needed to cover for other team members

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• A working knowledge of the propane / oil field service terminologies would be preferred, but will train for understanding

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone to determine the proper course of action up to but not limited to any of the following: Dispatch the appropriate delivery truck, Dispatch the appropriate service technician, Process a payment for the customer, Provide the customer with account details, Document information to be forwarded to the appropriate department for further action, Document who must be manually let into the facility, Perform other duties as assigned
