This position is for a Night Custodian Lead for the Winter 26.27 Seasonal period. The role involves creating amazing guest experiences by providing clean and sanitary facilities. Professional cleaning experience is preferred, and ski/snowboard experience at an intermediate ability level is a plus. Requirements

Professional cleaning experience preferred

Report to work timely, dressed, and prepared for your daily assignment
Adhere to all safety policies
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s Service Excellence standards.
Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in the English language
Must be a minimum 18 years of age
Safely lift approximately 30-50 lbs on a regular basis
Run a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time
Walk, bend over, and stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

Ski/Snowboard experience at an intermediate ability level is preferred

Responsibilities

Vacuum, dust, mop Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation’s office buildings, restaurants, public restrooms and childcare centers.
Stock supplies in janitorial closets
Empty all trash and recycling receptacles
Sanitize and disinfect surfaces
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Must have a Valid Driver's license and be insurable to drive SSRC company vehicles
Act as MOD in the absence of the department supervisor or manager
Lead teams in their nightly rounds, assigning duties in each location to ensure maximum labor productivity.
Adjust and adapt to location scheduling changes as needed each night as driven by guest and staff volume in the various locations.
Act as key-holder for all locations and closets
Provide feedback in the form of texts, emails or handwritten notes to supervisor, manager or director on observations and supply needs about each location.
