About The Position

The Stocker keeps store shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, the role involves stocking products on the sales floor, organizing shelves, and assisting customers with questions or locating items. Overnight, the focus is preparing the store for the next day by working through deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic.

The Stocker moves products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotates inventory, and keeps aisles clear and easy to shop. The work includes handling freight, restocking shelves, and keeping work areas clean in a steady, fast-paced environment. The role may involve varied shifts, including day, evening, or overnight schedules.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on the sales floor and organize shelves.
• Assist customers with questions or help them locate items.
• Work through deliveries, stock shelves, and reset displays to prepare the store for the next day.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Rotate inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Keep aisles clear and work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain display standards and accurately stock, label, and remove outdated products.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, and other store equipment in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies, stocking processes, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and dress standards.
