About The Position

We are seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves reading production schedules and customer orders to accurately select and move products within the warehouse. You will operate a pallet jack, adhere to safety practices, and ensure product integrity. This position requires the ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments, including freezers, perishable, and grocery warehouses.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience distribution warehouse required
Minimum 1-year experience using ride on pallet jack required
Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to manage time in a fast-paced industry
Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and punctual, with a positive attitude and work well independently and with a team

Responsibilities

Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Utilize the necessary pick sheet to select the product.
Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Operate pallet jack to remove the case(s) of product from storage rack.
Adhere to proper safety practices for truck and trailer pull process daily.
Responsible for reporting all safety concerns in the work environment on a timely basis.
Moves orders to loading dock to prepare for shipping.
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Must maintain product integrity with proper handling & report damage to management immediately.
