About The Position

This is an overnight position from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The role involves stocking shelves, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and back room, and ensuring inventory control according to market standards. The Night Crew Clerk is also responsible for maintaining overall market cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, parking lot, and perimeter. The position requires providing excellent customer service, achieving case per hour targets, and staying updated on industry trends. The clerk must support and follow all company and department policies, including sustainability, safety, and security protocols, while demonstrating a strong attitude of service to co-workers and customers and operating within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Possess full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) and have excellent manual dexterity
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Excellent customer service skills
Must possess an attitude of service to others
Demonstrates self-discipline and accountability
Must be accurate and detail-oriented
Must be a team player, a leader, and a positive role model

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Responsible for achieving the number of cases per hour targets set up as market standards
Checks refrigeration hourly after closing person leaves
Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and back room
Organizes overhead and inventory control according to the market standards
Maintains market cleanliness, includes: floors, restrooms, parking lot, and market perimeter
Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
Supports and follows all company and department policies
Supports and follows sustainability programs
Supports and follows all safety and security policies
Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers
