About The Position
AB Facility Services is looking for a Nighttime Cleaner to provide the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in a Passenger Rail Station.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST BE RELIABLE
- MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities
- Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
- Clean and Sanitize Restrooms.
- Sweep all hard surface floors.
- Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.
- Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
- Damp mop all hard surface floors.
- Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
- Dust all ledges.
- Clean all glass/windows.
- Remove all trash collected.
- Clean and deodorize trash containers.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
