About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within the establishment, including restaurants, kitchens, attraction venues, retail stores, administrative buildings, and restrooms. The position requires thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and waste removal to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for both guests and team members. The Night Cleaner also plays a role in providing excellent guest service and upholding safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must be able to work overnight shifts
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean restaurants/kitchens, including stocking dispensers, sweeping and mopping floors with degreaser, hosing down kitchen floors, cleaning mats, and detailing walls, light fixtures, doors, counters, signs, and serving areas.
• Scrub, strip, and wax floors as assigned.
• Empty all trashcans in various locations (restaurants, kitchens, attraction venues, retail stores, break rooms, restrooms, administrative buildings, warehouses), remove/replace liners, and compact trash.
• Vacuum/sweep and mop floors in attraction venues, retail stores, break rooms, administrative buildings, and warehouses.
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, handrails, props, etc., and remove gum and clean carpets in attraction venues.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, including wiping mirrors and countertops, sweeping and mopping/scrubbing floors, scrubbing toilets and urinals, removing graffiti, and stocking dispensers.
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service, answer questions, offer information courteously, and seek to assist guests.
• Understand and demonstrate proper safety practices, ensure department standards are maintained, and uphold park safety policies.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
