About The Position

Join Our Team as a Night Cleaner! Are you a night owl who loves keeping things spotless? The Crystal Lodge, perfectly situated in the heart of Whistler Village, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team. This full-time position offers set days and consistent 10-hour shifts, starting at 10:00 PM—leaving your days wide open to enjoy everything Whistler has to offer, from mountain adventures to village vibes! As our Night Cleaner, you'll take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all hotel common areas during the overnight hours. Though you’ll be the sole Housekeeping team member on shift, you won’t be alone - our Front Desk team is on site overnight as well, and together you'll ensure guests feel safe, supported, and comfortable. From vacuuming and mopping to disinfecting high-touch surfaces, you’ll be on the move! Walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods - so this is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being active on the job. We actively look for people that will support the Crystal Lodge’s environmental commitments, including responsible waste separation, water and energy conservations and participation in green initiatives. Full training will be provided, including the use of cleaning equipment and products.

Requirements

• A self-starter who can work independently and confidently make decisions overnight.
• Someone with a friendly, professional demeanor, as you’ll often interact with guests.
• A team player willing to assist with guest support as needed, especially in collaboration with the Front Desk.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
