About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within the establishment, including restaurants, kitchens, attraction venues, retail stores, administrative buildings, and restrooms. The Night Cleaner will perform a variety of tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must be able to work overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean restaurants/kitchens, including stocking dispensers, sweeping and mopping floors with degreaser, hosing down kitchen floors, removing mats for cleaning, and detailing walls, light fixtures, doors, counters, signs, and serving areas.
• Scrub, strip, and wax floors as assigned.
• Empty all trashcans in various locations (restaurants, kitchens, attraction venues, retail stores, break rooms, restrooms, administrative buildings, warehouses), remove/replace liners, and compact trash.
• Vacuum/sweep and mop floors in attraction venues, retail stores, break rooms, administrative buildings, and warehouses.
• Scrub, strip, and wax floors when assigned.
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, handrails, props, etc.
• Remove gum and clean carpets in attraction venues.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, including wiping mirrors and countertops, sweeping and mopping/scrubbing floors, scrubbing toilet bowls and urinals, and removing graffiti.
• Stock and fill paper towels, toilet paper, cover seats, air freshener, and soap dispensers/containers in restrooms.
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service to internal and external guests, answering questions and offering information courteously.
• Seek to provide assistance to guests.
• Understand and demonstrate proper safety practices and ensure department standards and safety policies are maintained.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
