Fitness Studio Night Cleaner & Lead / Limpiador - Hoboken, NJ (Part-Time)
About The Position
Join Slate — the team behind spotless spaces at a premier national boutique fitness studio brand. We're hiring a Night Cleaner and Lead Cleaner for 2 locations in the Hoboken area. The role assigned (Cleaner or Lead) will be determined based on your experience and interview — we're looking for the right person first. 📍 Locations you'll cover: • Hoboken — 1000 Maxwell Lane, Hoboken, NJ • Jersey City — 444 Warren Street, Jersey City, NJ 🌙 Schedule: Night shift — cleaning takes place after 9pm, 4 nights per week. Schedule options: • Monday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday • Tuesday / Thursday / Friday / Sunday ⏱ Hours: 8 hours/week (2 locations × 1 hr × 4 nights) 💵 Pay: • Cleaner: $18.00/hr • Lead Cleaner: $22.50/hr _(Role — and rate — assigned after interview based on experience)_ 🎁 Bonuses: • Performance Bonus: Earn $10 for every 4- or 5-star client review, up to $150/month • New Hire Attendance Bonus (Month 1 only): Attend all scheduled shifts → earn 25% extra on your total month's pay — Cleaner: up to ~$144/bonus in month 1 — Lead: up to ~$180/bonus in month 1 What you'll do: • Clean and maintain fitness studio spaces after hours (equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby) • Follow a detailed checklist and photo documentation for every visit • Use our mobile app to clock in/out, complete checklists, and upload photos • As a Lead: conduct weekly supply inventory and support cleaner performance What we're looking for: • 1+ year of professional cleaning experience • Comfortable working nights and independently • Reliable transportation to all locations in your group • Smartphone with mobile data • Willingness to travel between locations on your schedule About Slate: Slate is a fast-growing cleaning company serving top fitness and lifestyle brands. Requirements
- 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
