About The Position

Penn State Behrend is seeking part-time Night Building Assistants (NBAs) to provide support for clubs and organizations holding events after normal business hours. This role primarily involves IT/AV assistance but can vary depending on the event. NBAs are required for all activities held by LEB or Lion Ambassadors when an SLI Staff member is not present. When no event is scheduled, NBAs are expected to conduct rounds to club offices, maintain and organize the SGA closet, and remove outdated event posters and flyers across campus.

Requirements

• Must be a current Penn State student.
• Must be available for night and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for clubs and organizations holding events after normal business hours.
• Offer IT/AV assistance for events.
• Be scheduled for all activities held by LEB or Lion Ambassadors where an SLI Staff member is not present.
• Make rounds to various club offices when there is not a scheduled event.
• Maintain and organize the SGA closet.
• Remove any outdated event posters and flyers around campus.
