About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences during the overnight shift. This role involves handling guest needs, check-ins, balancing nightly financial transactions, reconciling ledgers, managing reports, and ensuring the security and confidentiality of the day's business. The ideal candidate is a reliable night owl with front office and basic accounting knowledge, comfortable working independently and using technology like Excel and property systems.

Requirements

Front office experience (6+ months)
Basic accounting knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and math skills
Tech savvy with Excel and property systems
Able to work overnight shifts reliably

Responsibilities

Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and make sure every penny has a home.
Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally.
Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries.
Keep things secure and confidential—you're the trusted closer of the day’s business.
