About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for the new Remi Hotel, an Autograph Collection property in downtown Scottsdale's Entertainment District. This 161-room hotel blends classic western elements with modern design, featuring five distinct food and beverage outlets. The hotel is situated in a vibrant area known for luxury and excitement, adjacent to the Maya Day + Nightclub, which hosts parties and transforms into a nightclub with renowned DJs.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience as a hotel night auditor is required.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Marriott brand, service, and systems knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during the night shift, including check-in and check-out.
• Review guest payments and details from the day shift to ensure payment for stays and additional requests.
• Act as a point of communication for customer needs.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash handling policy and procedures.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Reconcile arrivals and departures while processing financial transactions to ensure payment is received.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Be well-versed in emergency procedures and act as the manager on duty alongside overnight security.
• Balance rooms daily.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
