About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for all aspects of Guest Relations, including the check-in/out process, handling inquiries, making or modifying reservations, running night audit reports, and providing recommendations to enhance the guest experience. This role also involves occasional cleaning and assisting other departments as needed. The ultimate goal is to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests. This position primarily involves shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Hotel Experience with IHG, Marriott, or Hilton.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests in a professional manner.
• An energetic and outgoing personality.
• Demonstrate teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• HotelKey or PEP PMS preferred.
• AA or Bachelors Degree.
• Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field.
• Experience with hotel operation systems.
