About The Position

The Part Time Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security of the hotel during nighttime hours. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the accuracy of financial records.

Requirements

High school or equivalent experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Yardi experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address any inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.
