About The Position

Hilton Garden Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Night Auditor for their busy hotel. The Night Auditor will need to have open availability to cover additional day or evening shifts weekly. The purpose of the Night Auditor is to audit all accounts to ensure they are in balance, and prepare final reports for management; acts as the third shift Front Desk Agent ensuring maximum room revenues and guest satisfaction, in line with Auro Hotels’ standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Open availability to cover additional day or evening shifts weekly.
Ability to audit all accounts to ensure they are in balance.
Ability to prepare final reports for management.
Ability to act as the third shift Front Desk Agent.
Ability to ensure maximum room revenues and guest satisfaction.
Ability to register and process guests promptly upon arrival and departure.
Ability to verify that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct.
Ability to post room charges for that day so that all guest accounts are current and in balance by 6:00 a.m. the following morning or by the Brand Standard’s designated time.
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, as well as the local area, and effectively assist guests.
Ability to complete all credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no show billings for the day.
Ability to prepare all daily, monthly and yearly reports required by the property.
Ability to demonstrate the use of sales techniques to effectively sell the property, maximizing occupancy and average rate.
Ability to receive and process telephone and walk-in reservations accurately.
Ability to professionally and competently operate the telephone system according Auro Hotels and Brand standards.
Ability to act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager.
Ability to understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for associates and guests.
Ability to keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Responsible for check-in, checkout, selling skills, computer operation, telephones, tasks at the front desk.
