About The Position

Be part of the opening team at Hershey Inn & Suites, the newest addition to The Official Resorts Of Hersheypark®, opening Spring 2026. Located just minutes from the Park, Hershey Inn & Suites features 130 rooms including 7 suites, complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor pool, arcade, and fitness center. The Night Auditor of Hershey Inn & Suites is responsible for conducting the front-of-the-house and heart-of-the-house financial audit for the property. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Post-Employment - Must obtain Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Certification.
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Night Audit or hotel accounting experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Must be able to communicate well with both guests and employees.
  • Must be able to work independently and make decisions independently.
  • Familiarity with computerized front office systems, policies, and procedures preferred.
  • Must present a professional image appropriate to the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts standards.

Responsibilities

  • Post and balance room, food and beverage, and related taxable charges
  • Reconcile and balance all daily postings and activities
  • Post and balance accounts receivable vouchers
  • Generate and review daily reports for room revenue breakdown, packages, food & beverage, and retail postings.
  • Review daily Front Desk activity and reports, ensuring compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts standard operating procedures, policies, and controls: Cash, Check, Credit, Bank, and Vending handling policies.
  • Addressing discrepancies/ variances in a timely manner.
  • Assist in overseeing and monitoring the ticketing process, including inventory, audit, and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Department and HE&R operational policies and procedures as well as corporate Risk Management standards (MSDS, HazCom, OSHA, etc.) relating to the department.
  • Maintaining retention records to HE&R standards.
  • Answer guest phone calls and arrange wake-up calls
  • Welcome, check-in, and check out guests
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
