About The Position
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests. This role handles guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously. The Night Auditor works independently, maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments. They also monitor the property for safety and security, reporting concerns as needed, and complete daily audit tasks and reports. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Requirements
- Flexibility for Monday-Sunday shifts
- Ability to work 11pm-7am shifts

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
- Complete daily audit tasks and reports
