About The Position

The Night Auditor position is responsible for overnight guest service, completing the audit process, handling check-ins/check-outs, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the hotel is set up properly for the morning team. This role requires an overnight schedule from Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The starting rate will be $16/hour. Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize the employee with night audit procedures and hotel systems, allowing for hands-on experience in managing nightly operations, addressing guest needs, and ensuring the financial integrity of records.

Requirements

Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Commitment to excellent guest service, including overnight hours
Ability to stay calm and resolve issues efficiently
Comfortable using hotel systems and accounting software
Reliable transportation
Availability for night shifts, including weekends and holidays
