Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field.
- Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs.
- Knack for solving problems solo.
Nice To Haves
- College coursework beneficial.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
- Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all numbers are accurate.
- Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service during overnight hours.
- Solve problems independently using technology.
