About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for performing audit procedures, balancing cash receipts, and acting as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during nighttime hours. This role involves keeping the hotel running smoothly, answering phones, taking reservations, and checking guests in and out. The position also includes assisting with breakfast setup and preparing the front office for the next shift. The company is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a friendly attitude and team mindset, and weekend availability is a plus. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis at 2 AM.
Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
Make deposits of cash.
Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business.
Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the nighttime hours.
Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.
Participate in all training and cross training programs.
Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
Answer phones, take reservations, check guest in/out.
Help set up breakfast at 4:30A-5:00AM.
Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
Other duties as assigned.
