The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling hotel reports with cashier reports, answering and assisting with calls to Guest Services, PBX, and Front Desk areas, and accurately inputting reservations into the property reservations system. This role also involves accurately checking guests in and out, posting charges, and working towards daily maximization and occupancy rate goals. The Night Auditor provides superior service to all customers, assigns casino patrons to the correct promotion or event blocks, and adds/updates patron information in the ACSC system. Accurate data entry into all hotel and casino systems is crucial, as is completing daily reports and checklists. The position also requires notifying the GSC/Hotel Supervisor of any inventory shortages and assisting with baggage and coat check services. A key responsibility is to immediately inform the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity. Other duties include performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned, knowing and properly using office equipment, and maintaining complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
