About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in, and providing information to enhance their stay. This role involves processing invoices, posting checks to vendors, and distributing employee checks. The Night Auditor also handles guest complaints, requests, and emergencies, reconciles all accounts in a timely manner, and verifies that end-of-day tasks have been completed by other departments. Additionally, they schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns. This is a part-time position with a minimum schedule of Friday and Saturday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the potential for additional shifts during the week.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
  • Strong eye for details
  • Good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
