Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or accounting is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
• Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit reports
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain security and safety protocols within the hotel premises during the night shift
• Ensure all front desk operations are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues
