About The Position

As a Night Auditor, you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. You will be responsible for balancing transactions, verifying payment accuracy, investigating discrepancies, assisting hotel management with financial processes, and supporting emergency response. Additionally, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Provide guidance on accurate financial processes and system use to hotel management
• Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
• Check guests in/out
