About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hospitality management principles
Proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
Flexibility to work night shifts as required
Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Metairie, LA 70002 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Metairie, LA 70002: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Perform night audit duties as needed
PERFORM VALET DUTIES AS NEEDED
