Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions
• Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area during shift
