About The Position

The Night Auditor supports both overnight accounting operations and guest service functions, including assisting with bell services and late-night arrivals. This role is responsible for overseeing overnight front office operations, completing daily accounting and system balancing functions, and ensuring exceptional guest service during overnight hours. The Night Auditor assists guests with check-in and check-out processes, responds to overnight guest needs, and supports bell services for late-night arrivals and departures. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards.

  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous front office, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills.
  • Experience with PMS systems and basic accounting functions preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and remain organized overnight.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred for guest transportation or bell assistance duties.

Responsibilities

  • Complete nightly audit procedures and balance all resort financial transactions.
  • Reconcile guest folios, room charges, payment postings, and daily revenue reports.
  • Prepare and distribute overnight operational and financial reports.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and overnight requests.
  • Support bell services for overnight arrivals and departures including luggage assistance and guest escorting.
  • Provide room orientation and resort information to arriving guests.
  • Monitor lobby and front office areas to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and security awareness.
  • Respond to guest concerns, emergencies, or operational issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping teams during overnight operations.
  • Process wake-up calls, guest requests, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and financial information.
  • Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
