About The Position
Cragun’s Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for a PART TIME Night Audit. A successful candidate in this position possesses great attention to detail, and a natural talent for customer service. This is a part-time year-round position with potential of moving into full time year-round!
Requirements
- This is a 3rd shift position - Sunday and Monday Nights - must be comfortable with the hours 11pm-7am
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be customer-service directed
- Ability to work independently and with others
Responsibilities
- Checks front desk records for accuracy on a daily basis
- Balances cash bags to be checked out the next day
- Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front desk cashier
- Runs End of the Day process on the property management software
- Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures
