Hyatt Place Roseville - Night Auditor
About The Position
Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for Hyatt Place Sacramento/Roseville. The Night Auditor welcomes guests during the overnight shift, manages check-ins and reservations, answers guest questions, completes the night audit and reconciles transactions, conducts security walks, prepares daily reports including the Daily Flash Report, and coordinates with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and quality service. The role requires comfort working independently and using Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, complimentary hot breakfast, 24/7 meal access, free Wi-Fi, a heated pool, and social spaces. Full-time hires become eligible for a benefits package after an initial waiting period.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.
Nice To Haves
- College coursework is beneficial.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet overnight guests and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions during the 11 PM–7 AM shift.
- Complete the night audit, balance the books, and finalize transactions.
- Conduct regular security walks to help maintain property safety.
- Prepare daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations and quality service.
- Use problem-solving skills to address issues independently.
