Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Front Desk and auditor experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize work
- Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good guest relation skills with a strong emphasis on problem-solving techniques
- Team player with the ability to work well in groups
- Able to multi-task
- Available to work weekends and holidays if needed
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper completion of all front office and night audit duties.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of all Nights Shift staff.
- Effectively, properly, and accurately analyze the day's operating results and perform daily assigned duties.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD).
