About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing inventory worksheets, verifying signatures, item totals, and amounts. This role ensures all backup documentation is included for receiving, transfers, and sales exceptions, and prepares over/short reports. The Night Auditor will retrieve information from stand sheet packets for data entry, maintain reports, and print required reports. They will also retrieve and tally stand worksheets and cashier reconciliation sheets, and physically count inventory product in locations, tying it back to inventory worksheets. A key aspect of this role is to role model the company's guest service program. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Computer proficiency required.
Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
Ability to work late night and/or midnight shift.
Effective communication skills – ability to understand and follow direction.
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow job procedures and any manager’s instructions.
Data entry.
Counting product.
50% sitting and 50% walking.

Nice To Haves

Data entry experience preferred.
Inventory management experience preferred.
Weekends, Holidays and swing shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

Audit inventory worksheets.
