About The Position

Marriott Cincinnati North is seeking dynamic candidates to fill a Part-time Night Auditor. Candidates must have availability to work shifts from 11pm-7am. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities of the Night Auditor position include: -providing exceptional service to guests at all times -assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all guest services related functions -greets and registers guests, provides room assignments, and accommodate special requests -answers all incoming internal/external calls using proper etiquette -ensures all departments, rebates, paid outs, phone charges, and other misc. charges are in balance for the day. -ensures property management system is backed up nightly on tape and stored in secure area.-runs all necessary reports for the day and prepared them for accounting to review -resolves guest challenges and takes appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction -processes guest payments and follows proper cash handling procedures -must be able to stand for 8 consecutive hours -Checks & Balances necessary reports -Must be able to work weekdays (Wednesdays) weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
