Night Audit

Crescent Careers•Charlotte, NC

About The Position

While most of the hotel is winding down for the night, something important is happening behind the scenes. The day's business is being reviewed. Revenue is being balanced. Reports are being prepared. Systems are being reset. Details are being checked. We're looking for a Night Auditor who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the details right. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with numbers and technology, and understands that the accuracy of tonight's work sets the hotel up for tomorrow's success. The role is centered on accurate auditing, financial balancing, reporting, system troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and preparing hotel systems for the next day's operations. Yes, you'll work with reports, revenue, settlements, and systems. But you're also part of the hotel team. A guest may need assistance in the middle of the night. A coworker may need help. An unexpected issue may require someone who can stay calm and make a good decision. Being a Night Auditor means being both accurate and approachable. You help protect the integrity of the hotel's operations while continuing to provide the level of professionalism and service our guests expect.
