Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and hotel management software
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and trustworthy with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of all hotel accounts and revenue reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and efficiency
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and courteously
Maintain accurate records of nightly financial transactions and prepare reports for management review
Monitor hotel security and safety procedures throughout the night shift
Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance cash drawers accurately
